COVID-19 Update: Business Continuity for the Security Operations CenterWith ongoing concerns around the potential impact of Covid-19, we wanted to update you on the precautions Tesserent is taking to ensure there is no disruption to the 24 x 7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) services we deliver to you, our customers.
We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure safe working conditions for our employees and to follow Australian Government guidelines regarding any recommended or mandated quarantine periods.
Our Business Continuity Plan, includes the capacity for all staff to work remotely to maintain coverage of the SOC and to provide support via the usual ticketing procedures.
